Refunds and Returns

Loving your knew hand knit item is the number one priority. If you're not 100% happy, we want to make it right.

Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Prior to purchasing, please make sure that you are double checking sizing. Sizes of beanies and headbands are listed on all product pages and the general size guide and can found by clicking here

All Knit By Hayley items have a hang tag securely fastened. Please note that returns will not be accepted once this hang tag has been removed. 

Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. It is recommended that you purchase shipping that includes tracking. We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method less initial shipping fees once we receive the item and inspect it. Should you wish to receive store credit or an exchange instead of a refund, please reach out. 

Kindly note that it may take up to 5 business days (or more during busy periods) for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
